Hi All,
As most of you know, many of my paintings comprise of a glorious strip of coastline situated around Kilcunda/Powlett River (just near Phillip Island). The beauty of this coastline is indescribable.
I have attempted to capture it in my work over and over: the fresh air, wild waves and open ocean (featuring seals, penguins and native wildlife) is home to many Aboriginal sacred sites running alongside this previously untouched coastline.
It breaks my heart to see it being ruined and transformed into a Desalination factory. Please take a minute to read the information I have spent time putting together.
Best Wishes,
Rose Rokicki
